COVID-19 Safe

At Broad Leaf Villas the health of our guests and team are of upmost importance.  We are blessed with the lovely garden space and private verandas at the Villas to allow guests to have plenty of room to physical distance. 

We recommend all visitors to the island to check the current travel situation on the Island and take out appropriate travel insurance to mitigate any risks that may occur when travelling. Our normal cancellation policies apply, unless guests are impacted by border closures and can not physically come to the island we can hold a credit for 12 months for when it is safe to travel again.

15 days or less prior to arrival – 100% of tariff for booking – less than 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of tariff for booking

We will provide an email 5 days prior to travel with your Villa number and information you will require for arrival. 

On arrival at the airport,  you can either pre-book a transfer with either Baunti Tours or Pinetree Tours to take you to the Villas, or you may have pre-arranged a rental car at the airport.  

We have two shared facilities on the property which are cleaned regularly and to a COVID-19 Safe standard and have a limit of one person in the laundry and bin area at one time to allow for physical distancing.  

All our staff have been  trained and our procedures and practices have all been updated to be recognised as a COVID-19 safe business.
